Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Vorqix Nutrition. This policy explains when you can return a product and how refunds work.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Change of mind returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened, sealed, unused and in its original packaging. Because supplements are consumed products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for change of mind, for health and safety reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping cost where one is needed.

How to start a return

Email us at vorqixnutrition@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our approval and return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

For change of mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Items lost in transit

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery times in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where the order is confirmed lost.
